Cancellation Policy

There are times when a waiting list is in place, and missed appointments prevent me from being able to offer time to others.

I do understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided. 


Booking Fee

A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required when booking an appointment.

The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival at the clinic, please note payments are by card only no cash.


Please ensure you have read the medial contraindications for Colonic Hydrotherapy and these do not apply to you before paying your booking fee.

The booking fee is non-refundable.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to discuss this with me before you pay your booking fee.


Please note payment is required within 4 hours to ensure your appointment time as discussed is moved from “reserved “to “confirmed”.

If payment is not be made within this timescale; your reserved appointment time will be released back into the diary.

Any appointments that are failed to attend, cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours’ notice the booking fee is lost.

Any amendments to your appointment must be made ONLY BY telephone or by email.  


A minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointed time.

For purposes of clarity, amendments are not registered unless a response is provided by Wendy Crampton.   

Our opening hours are.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 am to 6 pm & Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm

Closed, Wednesday, Sundays, and all standard Bank Holidays.
