All Clients are now required to complete a new medical form and a Covid-19 Questionnaire in advance of their appointment which will be bought with them on the day of their appointment.

We also need to keep client's contact details available for 21 days for track and trace purposes, so I’ll also need a mobile number for all clients in advance.

COVID 19: New Guidelines
The new guidelines we must adhere to are below.
You will need to bring and wear a mask. It needs to be worn from the point you enter the building until your leave the building.
We can’t allow anyone to wait in the clinic.
We will ask for people to wash their hands upon arrival or use hand sanitiser.
Please arrive on time. You will need to wait in the car if you are early.
Please pay by debit or credit card only. Not Cash.
We have carefully considered all official advice, performed a thorough risk assessment and have re-opened our clinic in line with Government Guidelines.
We have reduced client appointments, arranged social distancing and provide handwashing/hand sanitisers upon arrival.
We use paper barriers and thoroughly clean treatment rooms between each patient visit. I will wear PPE consistent with government advice, regularly wash my hands and monitor my own health.
Please attend alone and enter the building no earlier than the time of your appointment.
You will be asked to wash your hands/ use hand sanitiser and proceed directly to the treatment room.
The treatment takes about an hour although I will be allowing 1 hour between treatments for new disinfection procedures and protocols.
While we are taking every precaution to limit your exposure to coronavirus, we cannot of course guarantee that there is no risk as a result of attending our clinic for treatment.
