Water Temperature Manipulation Techniques
Repeated warming and cooling with a highly skilled practitioner and within strict parameters stimulates the contraction and relaxation and in turn, this supports the nervous system to recognise a full bowel thus supporting natural peristalsis.
The ability to influence a bowel behaviour in this way is something that can only be achieved by a experienced, skilled and trained practitioner.
How long is the treatment?
As everyone is so very unique and depending on your condition and the preparation that you have or have not carried out for your treatment. Your time on the couch can be from 20 to 45 minutes. At the point of your bowel clearing and we no longer have waste moving, I need to wind the treatment down. This allows some time for you on the loo relaxing. At this point, you will be able to tell me if you are feeling clear and comfortable. There are occasions when you're not and we will put you back on the couch and carry on working.
This is not like any other treatment you will experience. whilst everyone says “that was easy” when the treatment is over. I cannot endlessly flush your system because the clock says so. We need to use clinical judgement as to when your body has done all it wishes to do.
The theory is very similar to the eyes are bigger than the tummy at the banqueting table. We would like to pass a mountain of waste (and many do) when in fact all the bowel had to give was a mole hill! Everyone is different and unique. As much as you need to learn to relax to accept a treatment, I need to learn what your body wishes for and how it needs to be supported.
You will be able to view all that is moving via a mirror that just shows the outlet tube. It makes interesting viewing! of course you don’t have to look if you would rather not.
The number of treatments depends entirely on your personal needs, what you want to achieve. I will never sell you anything you don’t need, be that products or treatments. I don’t believe in the ethos buy 5 get one 1 free. Were all far too unique to fit in to any box.
Many many of my clients come in to see me for maintenance on a monthly basis, others find 2 or 3 times a year enough help! Some folk like a top up once a year. Or they just pop in when there in crisis. This is entirely in your hands.
I’m hear to help you work towards and achieve your health goals! You're in control of that. I’m honoured to be part of your team supporting you as you travel along that journey.
Do you sell courses or packages?
I believe that every client is a unique individual.
Before I am able to discuss a suggested protocol of treatment/s that will support your personal circumstances, we need to have carried out a full and detailed consultation and treatment.
This enables me to discover what has bought you to colonics, and your journey so far and to understand how colonics and I can best support you to achieve your health goals.
Some folk are a lot healthier than they think and only one or two treatments are necessary to help them reach their goals. Whilst others do need/wish for more prolonged support.
My suggestion is that we carry out a consultation and treatment for you and then discuss your options so you can make an informed choice of how you would like to proceed.
For these reasons I work on a one-appointment-at-a-time basis and do not offer packages.
In order that I can offer the best standard of care to my clients, I choose to work to the highest standards with equipment, time and training. This is all done so you can be reassured you receive the best most informative care and treatment.
